1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Sor Connect ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company"). Sor Connect was established in 2020 by Mr. Vivek Jain and operates as an integrated Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), Operations & Maintenance (O&M), PM-KUSUM Yojana consultation, and PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana installation enterprise managing over 150+ MW across 13 Indian states.

By accessing or browsing our website (sorconnect.in), or by submitting your contact information, electricity bill details, or site data through any form or modal overlay on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.

2. Services & Free Quotation Requests

Sor Connect provides residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural consumers with information, preliminary engineering calculations, and turnkey solar installations. When submitting an inquiry or requesting a site assessment:

• Accuracy of Information: You represent and warrant that the information you provide (including your full name, WhatsApp mobile number, monthly electricity bill bracket, and PIN code) is accurate, current, and belongs to you or an authorized representative of the property.
• Preliminary Estimates: Any online calculation, preliminary quotation, or estimated central/state subsidy (e.g. up to ₹78,000 under PM Surya Ghar Yojana or PM-KUSUM tariffs) provided electronically is for guidance purposes only. Final commercial terms, generation guarantees, and system configurations are subject to an on-site physical engineering survey, shadow analysis, structural stability audits, and DISCOM grid sanction.
• No Obligation: Submitting a quotation request does not constitute a binding contract to purchase equipment or install a solar power plant until a formal, signed EPC Agreement or Purchase Order is executed between you and Sor Connect.

3. Communications & Consent

By checking the required terms checkbox and clicking "Submit", "Get a Free Quote", or "Request a Site Assessment", you expressly authorize Sor Connect and our designated solar engineering team to contact you via WhatsApp, telephone calls, SMS, or email regarding your solar inquiry, site feasibility, and DISCOM subsidy eligibility.

This consent applies notwithstanding any registration on the National Do Not Call (NDNC) Registry or Do Not Disturb (DND) registers, as the contact is directly initiated in response to your explicit request for a quotation. You may opt out of future non-essential communications at any time by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp or emailing us at sorconnect@gmail.com.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this website—including but not limited to the Sor Connect logo, brand trademarks, website design, text copy, custom project calculators, graphic layouts, diagrams, and photographic assets—is the intellectual property of Sor Connect and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any material from this site without our prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Hardware & Strategic Alliances

Sor Connect is an authorized Channel Partner of Reliance New Energy, an authorized distributor of Hitachi On-Grid Inverters, and an authorized technology partner of Sungrow. All product names, logos, and brands referenced on this website are property of their respective owners. Hardware warranties (such as module 25-year performance warranties or inverter product warranties) are provided directly by the respective manufacturers according to their official terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Sor Connect and its directors, officers, employees, and field engineers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or inability to access, this website, or reliance upon any preliminary informational content or solar savings calculator estimates.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
